These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and joya line ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the joya line website, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, promotional offers, and customer support communications.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, or in any other way accessing or using any part of the joya line platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. joya line employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without notice. One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the joya line platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, joya line reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

Identity Verification (KYC): joya line operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport, or driving licence); a proof of address document issued within the last three months; and/or confirmation of your payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account displaying your registered mobile number). Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account closure.

Declined Transactions: joya line is not responsible for transactions that are declined or delayed by third-party payment processors, mobile money operators, or banks. Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without compensation. It is your responsibility to track the expiry dates of any active bonuses in your account.

joya line reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus credits already applied to a player's account at the time of modification will continue to be governed by the terms in force at the time they were credited.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, joya line's trading team determination is final. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a market.

Disconnection Policy: If you experience a disconnection during a live casino game or an in-play sports bet, joya line's standard policy is to settle the wager based on the recorded game state at the time of disconnection as captured by our servers. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
• Attempting to defraud joya line or any other player through any means, including but not limited to collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated betting strategies;

• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing joya line staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law while deliberately circumventing geographic access controls using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy outlined in Section 3.

joya line monitors all account activity and transaction patterns. Any account exhibiting behaviour consistent with the prohibited conduct listed above will be flagged for review. During an active investigation, the account may be frozen and all transactions suspended. Players under investigation are not entitled to withdraw funds until the review is complete and the account is cleared.

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the joya line support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, joya line will process the remaining verified balance in your account to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, provided there are no pending KYC requirements or active investigations on the account. Any active bonuses at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Involuntary Suspension: joya line reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete mandatory KYC verification; failure to respond to verification requests within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months; or any other reason that joya line reasonably determines warrants account action to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Self-Exclusion: joya line provides a voluntary self-exclusion programme as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period — ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion — may do so by accessing the responsible gaming settings within their account or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for the duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, joya line will suppress all marketing communications to the excluded account. Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months. joya line may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, as permitted by applicable terms, to cover the cost of maintaining the account record. Players will be notified in advance of any such fee being applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any outstanding verification requirements.

Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joya line's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. joya line is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from use of the platform.
